At Meriski, we are wonderfully passionate about our food and drink, with it being a fundamental feature of our high level of service and product. Our head chef oversees all of our chalet chefs, ensuring that our guests receive the best quality food and dining experiences.

Our wines are all carefully selected and chosen to compliment the food we serve. Your chalet host will recommend wines at the start of each meal, however we understand wine is subjective and you will probably have a favourite! We are delighted to continue working with the Languedoc winemaker Paul Boyer as well as local wine suppliers in the Alps, Le Verre Gourmand.
In Resort Chauffeur Service
To enhance your overall holiday experience, our in resort driving service operates daily between 8am and 8pm, with a dedicated driver shared between two chalets, who works very much as part of the chalet teams.
In the morning your driver will be on hand to get you to the slopes at your requested time and in time for any lessons.
Throughout the day guests will be able to contact their driver directly if they would like to be picked up anywhere in the Méribel area, whether from Méribel Village at lunch, La Chaudanne at the end of the day, or the Rond Point after a spot of Après.
We have a range of car seats suitable for all ages and these will be fitted in the vans, whenever they are required.
