Chalet Chefs & Hosts
Each Meriski chalet has a Chalet Chef and a Chalet Host who are jointly responsible for running a luxury chalet, including cooking, cleaning and hosting their guests. Applicants can be individuals or couples:
- Chefs must have extensive cooking experience, being able to cater to an extremely high standard for approximately 12 people
- You must have relevant hospitality experience
- You must possess good organisational skills and the ability to work within and manage a budget
- You must have excellent interpersonal skills and high standards in customer service
- You must have an unflappable nature and an extremely flexible approach to their work
You must care and take pride in your work

Nannies
Meriski offers a range of childcare services for ages 3 months to 12 years, including our fully equipped crëche, Merikids club (7-12 year olds), and a private in-chalet nanny service. Applicants should:
- Have an NNEB or equivalent qualification
- Have extensive and relevant childcare experience
- Offer a varied activity programme with a 'can do' approach
- Be as comfortable with interacting with parents as with children.
- Have an unflappable nature and be able to work well as part of the childcare team
