Our transfer day is on Sunday* which means the roads are much quieter, very rarely do you find long queues going up to resort and more importantly skiing on Saturday is generally less busy. Our chalets will be available from 3pm every Sunday*.

* During the Christmas/New Year period some chalets are Wednesdays.

By air

We can advise you on flights, the chart below will help you to see which airlines fly from which airports. We also recommend Snowjet. This also shows you the transfer time from each airport.

By Train

Travelling by train is an environmentally sound alternative to flying to Meribel, as well as now being easy and price competitive.

We are very excited about the Sunday Eurostar / TGV service from Kings Cross to Moutiers changing in Paris.  By using Cityline transfer company to meet you at the platform in Paris-Nord and take you to Paris-Lyon this part of the journey has become much easier and cheaper (only €30 each way).

By Car

Driving to Méribel in your own car gives you more flexibility and if you are travelling with children it offers a solution to carrying all the luggage! Méribel is a straightforward 600 mile journey from Calais taking 10-12 hours including stops and almost all on normally empty French motorways. Driving also gives you a chance to explore other parts of France such as Burgundy , only a 5 hour journey from Calais. We can reccommend an excellent Bed and Breakfast called "Petit Paris" www.petitparis.bourgogne.free.fr in Flagey Echeaux , just off the A31 between Dijon and Beaune - a real gem. Rooms are €80-85 per night and include wonderful continental breakfast with croissant, homemade jams , fresh fruit juice and yoghurt. There is a super restaurant in the village (within walking distance)called Cher Simon www.restaurant-simon.fr with a childrens menu and amazing wine list to start your holiday !This area is called the Cote D'Or and is one of the most famous wine areas in France with plenty to sample!
