To confirm your booking we will require a 25% deposit and confirmation that you have understood our terms and conditions of booking. This can be done either by filling in our booking form and sending it to our office address Carpenters Buildings, Carpenters Lane, Cirencester, Glos GL7 1EE or by faxing it to +44 (0)1285 651685 or by ticking the box through 'Book now' to show you understand the booking terms and conditions.

Payment can be made by cheque, debit/credit cards and BACs. Please be aware that there is a 2% charge for payments made by credit card. We strongly advise you not to email us your credit card details.

Once we have received your deposit we will send you a confirmation invoice by post, showing the deposit paid and the balance remaining. The balance is due 10 weeks before departure. (NB. Half term weeks require a 50% deposit by 1st September prior to departure, this can be paid in 2 installments).

Your holiday information will be sent to you on receipt of your final payment.

Your chalet holiday includes

Chalet board accommodation, full breakfast, afternoon tea and cake, children’s tea, canapés and a four course evening meal with wine, coffee and chocolates. Ski hosting on certain days subject to availability and our luxury chauffeur service operating from 8am – 10pm.

Your chalet holiday does not include

Flights, transfers to and from the airports, insurance, lift pass, ski equipment hire, ski lessons, childcare, lunches and dinner on the chalet staff’s night off.

SUPPLEMENTS & DISCOUNTS

The brochure price listed is the price per chalet, unless stated otherwise.

The maximum occupancy applicable to the brochure price is stated in the chalet description, however in some chalets extra beds and cots can be organised at no additional cost

Illness - Children who arrive sick or who are taken ill whilst on holiday cannot, unfortunately, be cared for by our nannies or allowed into the crèche or Merikids, as even minor ailments spread rapidly. All ailments should be reported to the head nanny when a decision will be taken on an individual basis.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE

It is imperative and a condition of booking that you and your guests have adequate insurance cover for you and your family. Please note that Meriski no longer offers insurance cover although we are an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) of Citybond Suretravel through McGregor Insurance Services.
