HOLIDAY INSURANCE

WINTERSPORTS INSURANCE

Our comprehensive Winter Sports Insurance has been specially arranged with Templeton Insurance Limited. Unlike many other insurances, our cover includes off piste skiing, but insurers expect clients to act responsibly. N.B. If you do wish to ski off piste, you should ski either with an experienced local guide or check with an experienced local guide that the area is suitable for your ability/type of skiing on that day. You should never cross danger barriers or ski on closed pistes.

Please confirm your insurance requirements on your booking form. If you do not require our insurance please confirm the insurance cover that will be used.

As with most insurances, you are only insured for an event which occurs after you have purchased the cover. Please therefore carefully read the paragraph headed "Pre Existing Health Conditions" under the Important Notice section. If for any reason it is not suitable for you, you may return it for a full refund, provided you return it within 14 days of receipt and you have not travelled or have made a claim.

ASSOCIATION OF BRITISH INSURERS GENERAL BUSINESS CODE OF PRACTICE IMPORTANT NOTICE: Under the Association of British Insurers General Business Code of Practice we have to bring to your attention some of the important features of your travel insurance policy.

Your enquiry will be handled confidentially and you will be advised of the extent of cover that can be provided. You will be given a Helpline reference and confirmation will be sent/faxed to you.

When calling, please have details of:

  • Your illness/condition
  • Names and dosage of any medication you are taking

Reasonable Care: You are required to take all reasonable care to protect yourself and your property and to act as though you are insured.

Telling Us about Relevant Facts: You must tell insurers or ourselves before travel about anything which may affect your cover. This information must be complete and accurate. If you are not sure whether something is relevant, you should tell us anyway.
